Before any AI was possible, the organization needed a platform. Through on-ground brainstorming and factory-floor iteration, we digitized full manufacturing operations — sales orders, production, purchase, quality, dispatch and reporting — across a team that had never used digital tools.

Once the platform was live and trusted, the second phase began: an AI layer built on top of the platform’s own data, giving teams natural language access to insights and reports instead of navigating screens.
